Nice place, but not without issues

The resort's really nice and has a great cozy atmosphere. We loved hanging by the poolside snack bar, but then we had a weird scare when someone tried kicking in our door at midnight. Management's attitude was horrible afterward, and they didn't even offer us help with the situation.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the pools were enjoyable for relaxing after a day out. I faced issues with a slow Wi-Fi connection and inconsistent customer service that affected my experience. It's a nice option for families looking to enjoy amenities.

The villa I stayed in was gorgeous and spacious, perfect for a family trip. The resort had a range of amenities, including a nice pool and spa. I particularly enjoyed the body wraps at the spa. they were the best I’ve ever had! However, the bar music was quite loud at times and could use some adjustment for better ambiance.

The rooms were surprisingly spacious, and we loved the relaxing jetted tub in the bathroom, perfect for unwinding after a day at the parks. The location was fantastic, just a short drive to all the Disney attractions, and our kids had a blast at the pools and playground. the cleanliness of the rooms could use some improvement, as we noticed some outdated features and a lingering musty smell.

My stay felt so spacious, like I had all the room I needed to breathe and unwind! The pools were a total blast, complete with cozy loungers perfect for sunbathing. I especially loved the huge jacuzzi tub in my suite, making my relaxation game on point.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We played tennis on the courts and checked out Universal CityWalk for dinner and shopping. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Plus, the pools were a perfect way to relax after our adventures.

Unfortunately, we had a major issue with dirty towels during our stay, which was disappointing.

Loved the kids' activities! The pools were amazing, and we enjoyed family time by the BBQ area. Just wish the bathroom had better water pressure. Otherwise, a great stay! 😊

The resort offers fantastic amenities for families like tennis, mini golf, and multiple pools that kept my teenage children entertained throughout our stay. We also took advantage of the excellent location, as we were just a few minutes from Disney. It made everything so convenient!

We had such an incredible stay at Star Island Resort! The room was spacious with a cozy balcony and a luxurious jetted tub, perfect for relaxation. The staff were attentive and friendly, especially the bartenders who made our time by the pool memorable. The deli on site was a delightful surprise; we enjoyed everything we tried, especially the tasty Ooh La La drink!

The Three-Bedroom Villa was spacious and clean, perfect for our family needs. The kitchen was a great addition and made meal prep easy. The kids loved it, especially the extra space to play!
